No Stage, Just Conversations

1. Before someone talks you into creating/organizing/hosting a conference make sure you're prepared for the work ahead. 2. Conference Update and EduBloggerCon Shanghai

We had a great planning meeting last night looking at the latest numbers for the conference. Not a good sign when we have more presentations then people registered for the conference. :( I’m not to worried at this point, but then again I’m not the one in charge of the money. :) This is why there aren’t many educational conferences in September.
